Literacy for Life

Literacy for Life's HEAL Program helps learners with basic health literacy, a topic of growing importance in times like these. Thanks to generous funding from the Williamsburg Health Foundation, Literacy for Life recently held a HEAL class that was attended by 22 employees of William & Mary's Facilities Management department. Learners attending HEAL class receive instruction on healthy eating, medicines, emergencies, talking to the doctor and disease prevention.
