Blue Talon Bistro Turkey Trot (benefiting Literacy for Life)

Blue Talon Bistro started the annual Thanksgiving Day Turkey Trot  in 2006 to help the community to come together on a great, family holiday and help support local charities.  Since then, the race has grown into something amazing with nearly 3,000 runners!  In 2016 they started partnering with a top-flight race organizing company called J & A Racing.  With their help, the Blue Talon Bistro Turkey Trot has become the most notable race in the region – on the most popular running day of the year!  For the 2nd year in the row, Literacy for Life was the major recipient in this fundraiser.
